Epoxy Embossing Paint
DESCRIPTION
Epoxy resin based, double component, solvent containing topcoat paint cured with polyamide, containing anticorrosive pigments and concealing the imperfections of metal surfaces as it can be applied raggedly. It is highly resistant to chemicals and solvents. It can be applied on metal surfaces without priming.

APPLICATION SURFACES
It is used on steel surfaces in machine industry and metal industry.
APPLICATION METHOD
Surface of application must be clean and dry. Surface preparation processes like rasping and phosphatization will increase performance. The surface primed with epoxy primer must be sanded and rendered ragged unless keeping to the time of applying the topcoat. Keeping in mind that the mixture has a useful life (8 hours), prepare the mixture in the amounts needed.

Component B: 1 part
Epoxy Thinner: 5%
Paintable (Coverable) Area
A surface of 8-9 m2/kg in a single coat (a dry film thickness of 50 µ).
Drying Time
Surface Dry: 15-20 minutes
Touch Dry: 5 hours
Full Cure: 7 days

Epoxy Thinner
Epoxy Thinner is used to dilute all epoxy based primers and top coat varnishes and adjust them according to application viscosity. It can also be used for cleaning paint equipment applied with polyurethane based products after application.
Epoxy Floor Varnish
It is a transparent floor varnish that penetrates into the cracks and pores on wooden and concrete surfaces, creating a highly sturdy surface for the paint systems to be applied on top.
