Polyurethane Topcoat Paint
DESCRIPTION
Two-component, polyurethane based, reaction curing, very glossy topcoat paint that gives a glossy finish. It provides for a filled finish. It is resistant to scratches, impacts, discoloration and domestic chemicals.

APPLICATION SURFACES
It is a topcoat paint formulated to be used on any solid wood and MDF surfaces in furniture and decoration works and furniture industry. It is safely applied on polyurethane, polyester and acrylic primers.
APPLICATION METHOD
After mixing the components at the specified ratio, the mixture is diluted with Polyurethane Thinner down to the viscosity of application. It is applied in one coat or two coats in cross directions on the surfaces primed with polyurethane, polyester or acrylic primers. The product left to cure in a dust-free environment will yield a silky, smooth and sleek surface.

Component B: 1 part
Polyurethane Thinner: 15-20%

7-8 m2/kg (35-40 µ)
Drying Time

Dust Dry: 60-70 minutes
Touch Dry: 1.5 – 2 hours
Sanding: 24 hours
Storage
The material must be stored in a cool and dry place. The shelf life of the product is 1 year in its sealed original packaging if stored under the right conditions.

Important Warning
The components must be mixed well. Since the paint cannot be used after the mixture’s useful life expires, mixtures should be prepared in small amounts according to the mixing ratio in order not to reduce the product by wastage. Any surplus paint mixed with hardener should not be poured into the paint not mixed with hardener.
