Solvent-Free Epoxy Self Leveling coating is a floor coating that polishes, volumizes and smoothens new concrete surfaces or abraded, hollowed and damaged concrete surfaces. With this chemical coating, it is possible to form durable floorings quickly. Approximately one day after applying the flooring, it will be ready for walking on. Please wait for 7 days for full mechanical and chemical resistance, avoiding any heavy loads.
It is applied in production plants, warehouses, shopping centers, workshops, aircraft hangars, schools, hospitals, pharmaceutical industry, food industry, laboratories, parking lots, purification facilities, and areas where heavy forklifts and corrosive chemicals are used.
Loose parts of surfaces of application should be removed with milling cutter, sandblasting or sanding. If the surface is too glossy, it should be roughened with a milling cutter or sandblaster, and then the surface must be cleaned. Any oil on the surface should be washed away, and any impurities and dust should be vacuumed. Cleaned surfaces are primed with Solvent-Free Epoxy Primer. Solvent-Free Epoxy Self Leveling is applied within maximum 24 hours after applying the primer. If a smooth surface is desired, Solvent-Free Epoxy Self Leveling is applied with a trowel. Any gas bubbles are removed using a spiked roller. If a ragged surface is desired, depending on the level of raggedness desired, suitable size of quartzes are selected and sprinkled onto the surface. The following day, the free quartz particles are removed and the surface is rasped. Later, Epoxy Self Leveling is applied again by scraping. After the product sets, Solvent-Free Epoxy topcoat is applied with a roller.
