DESCRIPTION

Solvent based, alkyd binder based, leadfree, semi-matt, decorative, special topcoat synthetic Panel Door Paint.Long oil alkyd based, glossy topcoat paint with high physical and chemical resistance, elasticity, superior glossiness, and high scratch hardness and resistance.

 APPLICATION SURFACES

It is applied on any MDF, veneer, solid wood surfaces. It has been specifically formulated for panel door applications. 

APPLICATION METHOD

The surface of application must be cleaned off of any dirt, oil, dust and loose coats, and the necessary surface smoothing procedure must be performed. The surface should be lightly sanded, and the sand dust must be removed. Yalaz Panel Door Paint can be easily applied with a brush, a roller or a sprayer. It should be diluted with synthetic thinner by 10-15% and applied in two coats at 40-minute intervals. Make sure the doors painted are kept open for 24 hours.

Dilution / Mixing Ratio

With synthetic thinner by 10-15%.

Paintable (Coverable) Area

1 kg of product covers a surface of 6-8 m2 (two coats).

Drying Time

(20°C)  1-2 hours. 

Storage

It can be stored in its original sealed packaging for 2 years in a cool and dry environment with no direct sunlight at a temperature of +5°C to +35°C and protecting from frost.
