Thermoplastic Resin Based Road Line Paint

Thermoplastic, acrylic resin based, single component matt-glossy, solvent based road line paint.

APPLICATION SURFACES

It is safely used for intracity municipal streets, intercity state roads, highways expressways, crosswalks and road curbs.

APPLICATION METHOD

Prior to application, the surface must be dry, dust-free and cleaned off of any oil and other impurities. The surface temperature of the road must be above 5°C. It is recommended to clean existing paint off of the surface the road. However, if the old paint on the road does not come off easily, the paint can be applied on top of it. It is recommended to apply the product using automatic application equipment by spraying it on the surface of the road and pouring glass beads on top of it. The product may be applied with a brush or a roller, if needed. Since the product is at application viscosity, it does not need dilution.

Dilution / Mixing Ratio

Diluted with Rapid Thinner by 10-15% (in volume).

Storage

It must be kept and stored in a cool and dry environment with no direct sunlight. It can be stored in its original packaging for minimum 1 year. Keep the lid closed after using.
