Acrylic Topcoat Paint
Double-component, acrylic based, reaction curing, highly glossy varnish. It leaves a hard, glossy, plump and colorfast film. It is highly resistant to scratches, impacts and domestic chemicals.
Double component, reaction drying, epoxy resin based epoxy extra glossy topcoat paint cured with polyamide hardener. It adheres excellently on sheet metal, galvanized, aluminum, wooden and mineral surfaces. Its typical properties include high resistance to abrasion and friction and resistance to sea water, mineral oils and many chemicals.
It is safely used for decorative and protective purposes on all metal surfaces.
Surface Preparation: Metal surfaces must be sandblasted at minimum Sa1/2 level and primed with epoxy primer within 6 hours. After the primer is completely dry (4-6 hours later), the topcoat is applied. The surface of application must be cleaned off of any dust, dirt, rust and moisture. Application: Component I and Component II are mixed at 3:1 ratio. The mixture is diluted with “Epoxy Thinner” by 20-25% and applied with a paint sprayer.
Dilution / Mixing Ratio
3 parts of Component I and 1 part of Component II are mixed.
1 kg of paint covers a surface of 8-9 m2 (a dry film thickness of 30-50 µ).
Touch Dry: 5-6 hours
Chemical Dry: 7 days

GROUP 2: 3 kg of Component A + 1 kg of Component B: a Set of 4 Kg
