APPLICATION SURFACES

It is used to designate an object or a shape as a result of it glowing when the light hits it. It is used in road traffic cones, road warning signs, top of high buildings and chimneys, buoys and lighthouses, ferry funnels, various toys and sports equipment.

APPLICATION METHOD

Application surfaces must be sturdy, dry and clean. Metal surfaces should be cleaned with sandpaper at Sa2 or preferably Sa2 ½ level. Single coat of antirust paint must be applied on the surface. 10-12 hours after applying the antirust paint, Yalaz Fluorescent Paint is diluted with Yalaz Fluorescent Paint Thinner by 10-15% depending on the method of application and applied in two coats using a brush, a roller or a sprayer. Wait for 24 hours in between the coats.

Dilution / Mixing Ratio

Used after diluting with thinner by 10-15%.

Paintable (Coverable) Area

1 kg of paint covers a surface of 10-12 m2.

Drying Time

Dust Dry: 10-15 minutes

Touch Dry: 20-25 minutes

Hard Dry: 3-4 hours 

Storage

The material must be stored in a cool and dry place. The shelf life of the product is 1 year in its sealed original packaging if stored under the right conditions.
