Cellulosic Rust Paint
Alkyd and nitro-cellulose based, air drying, single component, cellulosic, colorant intercoat paint.
Acrylic copolymer emulsion based, white pigmented interior wall primer with filler, which can be particularly used to switch from solvent-based paint to water-based paint, on durable plastered interior wall surfaces and for color transitions. It increases the performance of water-based paint and decreases paint consumption.
It is used as a transition primer in case of wishing to make a change by applying water-based interior wall paint on solvent-based paint. Additionally, it is applied as a primer on any interior concrete, autoclaved aerated concrete, briquette, brick, plaster and similar mineral surfaces before application of topcoat products.
Blistered, loose and unhealthy-looking surfaces should be scraped prior to application, and the surface previously painted with solvent-based paint should be lightly sanded to remove any oil and dirt from the surface. The transition primer diluted with water by 10% in volume is applied in a single coat using a brush or a roller.
Diluted with water by 10%.
1 liter of primer covers a surface of 14-18 m2 in a single coat depending on the surface.
(20°C) Topcoat Paint Application: 24 hours.
It can be stored for two years at a temperature of +5°C to +35°C in its original packaging with no direct sunlight. Protect from extremely high temperatures, humidity and frost.
