Polypropylene Paint

DESCRIPTION

Cellulosic resin based, very glossy topcoat paint with good adhesion on any polypropylene plastic furniture accessory.

APPLICATION SURFACES

It is used on acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), polystyrene (PS), polypropylene (PP) and metal surfaces.

APPLICATION METHOD

The surface of application must be clean and sturdy. Surfaces must be sanded with suitable sandpaper and cleaned off of any sand dust. Make sure the application is done in two-three coats in cross directions depending on the shade of color desired.

Dilution / Mixing Ratio

Diluted with cellulosic thinner by 20-30%.

Paintable (Coverable) Area

1 liter of product covers a surface of 12 m2 in a single coat (with a dry film thickness of 30-40 µ).

Drying Time

(23°C)

Dust Dry: 10-15 minutes

Touch Dry: 35-40 minutes

Hard Dry: 24 hours 

Storage

The product must be stored in a cool and dry place with no direct sunlight. The product can be stored in its original packaging for minimum 1 year. Keep the lid closed after use. Protect from frost.
